How our pricing works
Why we publish our rates when most spaces in Lahore don't
Ring around the coworking spaces in Lahore and you will notice a pattern: quite a few will not give you a number until you have handed over your phone number and sat through a tour. The reasoning is that once you are in the building, the price is easier to justify.
We think that is a bad trade. It wastes your evening, it wastes our reception's time, and it filters for people willing to be handled rather than people who actually want the space. So the rate card is on the website. If PKR 15,000 a month is not where your budget sits, you have found that out in four seconds instead of four days.
How our pricing compares in Johar Town
The Lahore coworking market runs roughly from PKR 11,000 at the budget end to PKR 35,000 a desk at the premium end. We sit in the middle, and what you get for it is the part worth checking line by line: genuine backup power rather than a shared generator, a second internet line rather than a single connection, meeting room credits included rather than billed, and a staffed night shift that most of the market does not run at all.
Shifts, and why the rate doesn't change between them
You choose a shift when you join. The monthly rate is the same for all three:
- Day Shift — 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM. Standard business hours for local clients, agencies and teams working Pakistan time.
- Night Shift — 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM. Built for freelancers and teams on US and UK client hours. Full facility, full staff support.
- 24/7 Flexible — Round the clock. Come and go at any hour. Biometric access, backup power and security never switch off.

Meeting rooms and extra hours
Meeting room credits come with every plan — two hours a month on a hot desk, five on a dedicated desk, and inclusive access with a private office. Larger private offices
PKR 60,000 is the starting monthly rate for a private office. Larger cabins and multi-room layouts for teams above roughly ten people are quoted on the footprint you need — send us your headcount and we will come back with a written figure rather than a range.
Pricing questions
Are the published prices the final price?
Yes. PKR 15,000 for a Hot Desk, PKR 25,000 for a Dedicated Desk and PKR 60,000 for a Private Office are the monthly rates, inclusive of internet, electricity and power backup, coffee and tea, cleaning, and your meeting room credits. We publish them precisely so you do not have to fill in a form to find out whether we fit your budget.
Is the price different for the night shift?
The same published monthly rate covers the shift you choose — day, night or fully flexible 24/7 access. Tell us your preferred shift when you enquire and we will confirm availability for that slot.
Do you charge a security deposit?
Deposit and notice terms depend on the plan and the length of your commitment. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will give you the exact figure in writing before you sign anything.
Can I pay for a shorter period than a month?
Talk to us. Short trials and part-month starts are handled case by case depending on desk availability — message reception between 9 AM and 8 PM and we will tell you what is open.
What does a Private Office cost for a larger team?
Private Offices start at PKR 60,000 per month. Larger cabins and multi-room layouts for teams above roughly ten people are quoted on the footprint you need — send us your headcount and we will come back with a written figure.
Are meeting rooms charged separately?
Every plan includes meeting room credits: 2 hours a month on a Hot Desk, 5 hours on a Dedicated Desk, and inclusive access on a Private Office. Additional hours, and bookings for non-members, are quoted per hour on request.
