The honest decision rule is about permanence, not budget. Ask how many days a week you will actually be here, and whether you carry equipment.

• One to three days a week, laptop only. Take a hot desk. You are not paying for a chair that sits empty while you are at a client site.
• Four or five days, external monitor, papers, a routine. Take a dedicated desk. The PKR 10,000 difference buys back the twenty minutes a day you would spend setting up and packing down.
• A team, constant calls, or anything confidential. Take a private office. Open-plan and back-to-back client calls do not mix, for you or for the people around you.

Every plan runs on the shift you choose, at the same monthly rate:

• Day Shift, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM. Standard business hours for local clients, agencies and teams working Pakistan time.
• Night Shift, 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM. Built for freelancers and teams on US and UK client hours. Full facility, full staff support.
• 24/7 Flexible, Round the clock. Come and go at any hour. Biometric access, backup power and security never switch off.

If you work US or UK client hours, the night shift is why most of our freelancers picked us over somewhere closer to the boulevard.

Dedicated fibre internet with an automatic backup line. Industrial generators plus UPS, so load shedding does not interrupt anything. Complimentary tea and filtered water. Daily cleaning. Biometric access, CCTV and on-site security. Parking inside the property. Reception and mail handling between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. And meeting room credits, which scale with the plan — 2 hours on a hot desk, 5 on a dedicated desk, inclusive access with a private office. Above roughly ten people, a standard cabin stops being the right shape. Tell us your headcount, how you want the room laid out, and when you need it, and we will quote the footprint rather than quote you a range. Multi-room arrangements for teams up to fifty are something we build regularly.

The Cowork is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — members have biometric access at any hour, including weekends and public holidays. Our reception is staffed from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, and that is the window in which calls, WhatsApp messages and emails get the fastest reply.

A Hot Desk is PKR 15,000 per month, a Dedicated Desk is PKR 25,000 per month, and a Private Office starts at PKR 60,000 per month. Every rate includes internet, full power backup, complimentary tea and filtered water, meeting room credits and 24/7 access. There are no hidden setup or maintenance charges.

Yes. Our night shift runs 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM and is designed for freelancers and teams working US and UK client hours. The full facility stays open — internet, power backup, security, meeting rooms and the café are all available through the night. Very few coworking spaces in Lahore staff a genuine night shift.
